From our family grove to your table – Dagelia brings you naturally fermented olives, crafted with care, tradition, and nothing but salt, water, and time. We use only natural fermentation methods — no chemicals, no shortcuts.

For nearly 200 years, olive farming has been our family’s way of life — lovingly passed down through generations. With Dagelia, we share not just our olives, but the values behind them: patience, honesty, and deep respect for nature’s own rhythm.

Gemlik Variety
A premium black olive with rich flavour and naturally high oil content — recognised by the EU with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. Grown exclusively from Gemlik variety trees in Gemlik region.

Naturally Fermented
Naturally cured for over 8 months with just salt and water — a slow process that preserves both flavour and nutrients, unlike industrial methods. No chemicals, no shortcuts.

Traditional Method
Stone pressing (taş baskı) is a centuries-old method where olives are gently weighed down to support natural fermentation — enhancing flavour, texture, and giving them their distinctive shape.

Boutique & Family-Grown
This is a family tradition — from tree to table, every step is a labor of love. Our olives come directly from our own grove, in the same region our family has cultivated for generations.
